Piano beginner's teaching

Piano Selection: Beginners should consider an 88-key upright piano (with a full range and a touch similar to a professional piano). For those on a budget, consider a digital piano (with a hammer-type keyboard to simulate the feel of a real piano).

Tools: Piano bench (adjustable height to ensure elbows are level with the keys while playing), metronome (electronic or mechanical to help with tempo control), music stand (to hold sheet music and keep your eyes level with the keys), finger exerciser (optional to develop finger strength and independence)
